Your Reliable Legal Partner – Evan Hiatt

Evan Hiatt is the managing attorney at Hiatt Law Firm, PLLC in Salisbury, North Carolina. A lifelong resident of Rowan County, Evan is a first-generation attorney from a family of local educators.

After graduating from East Rowan High School in 2011, Evan earned a degree in history from Appalachian State University. He taught briefly at Jesse Carson High School before pursuing his law degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as Class President and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and federal judges.

Evan was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2019. Prior to founding Hiatt Law Firm in 2024, he practiced in Kinston and Salisbury, handling cases in traffic law, criminal law, domestic law, wills, and powers of attorney.

In his free time, Evan enjoys the outdoors, fishing with friends, and spending time with his wife Baker and their two children.
